Political Signs

Brian November 18th, 2008

We realize that this election season felt like it would never end, but now that it has we’d like to ask homeowners to please take down any remaining political yard signs.

Dumping in the habitat

Brian November 18th, 2008

There have been some reports of people dumping, removing rocks, damaging signs, and other forms of vandalism in the habitat area. This area is for the enjoyment of the community and is not to be used as a dumping ground or otherwise vandalized.

If anyone is caught dumping trash, damaging signs, removing rocks, or performing any acts of vandalism, they will be fined $500 by the HOA and reported to police.

All homeowners are suggested to only use the paths to walk through this natural area. Please do not go off the paths due to growing poison ivy and poison oak. For the safety of our kids, please do not allow your children to go into the habitat without adult supervision.

If anyone sees any of the items listed above not being followed and would like to report the actions, please contact 911 if it is an emergency, but also call Principal Management at 817-451-7300 to report the offense.  We appreciate everyone’s cooperation!

Holiday lights competition

Brian November 10th, 2008

While ‘yard of the month’ takes a winter break, we will have a holiday lighting decoration award instead for the month of December. The winner will receive a feeling of pride, the admiration of their neighbors, as well as a $50 gift card to Lowes! We look forward to seeing everyone’s decorations.

Just try not to go overboard like this house in Frisco - the goal is admiration of your neighbors, not the irritation of them :)

Welcome to our new site!

Brian November 8th, 2008

With a new board and new blood comes a new website for our community. We would like to improve communications with our residents, and this site is part of that plan. The site will be growing and improving over time, so if you have any suggestions please email Brian Scates at brian@robinsonoaks.com.
