HOA Annual Meeting

  • Please DO NOT open the gate for anyone without an access card.
  • Remember, residents under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Home Owner Association Dues

  • Please pay your quarterly HOA dues on time.
  • The HOA is a not-for-profit group lead by volunteer Robinson Estates homeowners.
  • The HOA IS managed by Principal Management Company.
  • Our collective dues help fund the maintenance of the common grounds of our neighborhood.

What does your $40 per month pay for? (these are estimates only)

  • $8.40 per month - Utilities
  • $8.00 per month - Common Area Maintenance (landscaping and irrigation)
  • $8.00 per month - Management Expenses (Principal Mgmt)
  • $5.60 per month - Pool Service
  • $4.92 per month - General Repairs and Maintenance
  • $3.24 per month - Professional Services (legal and accounting)
  • $1.84 per month - Taxes

Yard Of The Month

Guidelines:
1. Criteria:
a. Yard Maintenance

(1) A healthy lawn that is neatly mowed and edged.
(2) Pruned and trimmed shrubs and trees.
(3) Healthy plants.
(4) Minimum weeds in flowerbeds
(5) Yard free of debris and clutter.
(6) Driveway free of oil and other stains.

b. Design and Landscaping.

(1) Use of color and/or texture.
(2) Creative, unique curb appeal.
(3) Overall appeal, an inspiration to others in the neighborhood.
(4) Balance appropriate to house and lot size.

2. One home will be selected each month (April, May, June, July, Aug and Sept).
3. Each yard will be limited to winning the award only once in any calendar year.
4. Only the front yards as viewed from the street will be judged.
5. All plantings must be living, no plastic, silk or artificial plants.
6. Winner must be in good standing with the HOA (Dues paid in full).
7. HOA Board members are not eligible to participate.
